I'm Already Her - The Power of Seeing Yourself Now

Ever since I did my quantum leap meditation a few days ago, my mind has been hyper focused on being that woman I saw in my vision, doing all the things she was doing. I felt intuitive hits and ideas but found myself wondering if I could pull off the things I was seeing in my mind’s eye. I wondered to myself what I would suggest to a client who was experiencing what I was experiencing in that moment, and the answer was clear – journaling.
Writing is not only a tool for self-expression and healing, but also a tool for clarity. It helps to pull the thoughts out of your head. Automatic writing helps to connect with the subconscious as well as the spiritual realm. My intuition led me to journal about what I’d do next if I trusted that I was the woman I saw in my meditation – but for half the day after receiving that intuitive hit, I wasn’t going to do it. Oh, I already know what I’d do, I thought to myself. That was a tale-tell sign.
In Jen Sincero’s book, You Are a Bad Ass at Making Money, there is a list of words and phrases that disconnects your mind from the thoughts, emotions and actions that lead to abundance. One of those phrases is “I already know,” but this phrase comes with an asterisk. It can be powerful when used with an affirmation, such as, “I already know that I am abundant,” or “I already know that I am blessed and highly favored.” In my case, I was telling Sprit that I already knew the answer, which was shutting the door on what my intuition wanted to tell me, and you’d be surprised how often we all do this without realizing we’re doing it. So, in that moment, I got over myself and started to write. It was simple question – but the answer unlocked everything.
In the past couple of weeks, I’ve become intentional with my creativity and how I show up in the world. The work I’ve done towards mindset, manifestation, and abundance permeates through everything I do, even when I don’t always realize it. My coaching sessions and intuitive readings have been rooted in inspiration and truth. I’ve been consistently showing up for myself and for the world – even when it didn’t like it was enough.
When you show up for yourself, even when your platform is growing and your work is improving, this doesn’t mean that your inner critic will automatically be silenced. Through journaling, I realized that I forgot a simple but immensely powerful concept when it comes to manifesting abundance – I forgot to ignore the 3D.
In the physical realm, abundance is not always linear. When your physical eyes show you an empty gas tank, a past due balance, and a minus sign next to the number on your bank account, it’s easy to feel stuck or behind. But true abundance always transcends whatever is going on in the 3D. Master P once said that he lived in the projects but saw himself in a mansion. Oprah Winfrey lived in rural Mississippi but saw a world for herself that most black girls growing up in the 1950s dared not dream. While circumstances in the 3D world could convince us that we’re stuck or behind with no possibilities, it’s up to us to steer our minds towards the infinite possibilities that exist in Spirit. It’s important to remember that whatever we think we’re capable of consistently becomes our reality.
When I’m not in alignment, it’s easy for me to become rooted in future-focused thinking, fearing that what I want will never come, but that’s the illusion. The real shift comes when I remind myself to embody the woman who already has everything right now. The more I become her, the more I realize that I already am her – and I’ve been her all along.
Today, I challenge you to align with the person you want to be today. I call you to remember that confidence isn’t pretending – it's remembering who you really are.
